I am a former couch potato that made the decision to venture into fitness after getting tired of taking pills for my High Blood Pressure and Type Two Diabetes for three years. At the beginning of my journey on April 19, 2011, I weighed 220 pounds . Over the course of this journey, I have lost over 50 lbs through working out with a trainer, being active and eating right (90% of the time). To combat boredom of the gym, I started  running and have discovered how much fun it is.
