I took a break from training last year to focus on life. I got comfortable with my then new job and did some traveling.  It was good to take time off but I got way too comfortable and started to feel my anxiety creep in. I somehow felt off.   Then out of nowhere, my dad got sick last September.  I dropped everything . Working out became the last thing on my mind and the focus was helping out my dad and mom.  I was reminded again how life is never linear and we need to make the most out of our time on earth.

This year, I am back on the training and running to embrace life. Hopefully it will be okay.
